Cape Egmont Virtual Half Marathon 2020
Earlier this year, the Cape Egmont Half Marathon team made the difficult decision to hold the event virtually as a result of COVID-19 and the lockdown. As a result, people from all over the world participated in the Virtual Half Marathon, choosing to walk or run 2.5 km, 5 km, 10 km, or the Half Marathon distance in their local neighbourhoods. The group subsequently raised an amazing $12,000 for our Centre to go towards our Exercise groups!!! We are so grateful to the voluntee

Marathon 2018
GYMSTICKS have proven to be very beneficial for improving muscle strength and balance, joint stability, coordination and postural awareness. They also add variety to traditional types of exercises. We've donated 15 gymsticks to the Taranaki Cancer Society for their clients to use. Exercise plays a key role in mental and physical recovery for cancer survivors. Contact the Taranaki Cancer Society for more information or to join a class. PH: (06) 7573006
